Dear prospective boys team charity Ahwatukee League member,

Thank you for your interest in joining boys team charity (btc). boys team charity is a volunteer service organization dedicated to developing an altruistic spirit in young men through active participation of parents and sons in philanthropic projects in their community.

Our Ahwatukee btc operating calendar runs from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025. Our website will open to prospective new members (graduating classes 2025-2030) March 1 - March 19, 2024. Please complete the Prospective Member Application during that time if you are interested in joining the btc Ahwatukee League.

Hours Requirements:
Annual minimum Philanthropy Service Hours requirements for both boys and parent(s):
Grade 7, 8, & 9........................15 hours each*
Grade 10, 11, & 12..................10 hours each*
Annual minimum League Hours requirements for both boys & parent(s): 6 hours minimum each (earned by attending general or grade level meetings as mentioned above)

Volunteer requirements: btc is a volunteer organization that is operated by parent volunteers. Parents are expected to participate as a volunteer in some capacity during your years in btc.

Financial Requirements: Each league has annual membership dues that are used to cover the costs of operating the league. Please contact the VP Membership (contact info will be provided to you at the end of this application) if you need specific league dues information.

Sponsorship: Prospective members must be sponsored by a current btc Ahwatukee League member in good standing. If your son does not have a sponsor, we will work on finding one for him. btc membership is reviewed on an annual basis and new btc members are selected by a random draw.

Once we have received the completed form, your information will be shared with someone on our Membership team. Please be patient as we review all submissions.
